Hellllooo Deltas! The halls of the Tri Delta house are officially buzzing again! After a long, restful summer spent recharging, all of our sisters have made their way back to Fayetteville, moved into their rooms, and fully settled into life on West Maple Street. There is truly no feeling quite like coming back home to Delta Iota, catching up on everyone's summer adventures, and feeling the energy rise as we kick off another incredible academic year at the University of Arkansas.

With moving boxes unpacked and door decorations hung, we have officially jumped headfirst into Work Week! From practicing door chants and polishing up our presentations to fine-tuning every single detail of our parties, the energy inside the house is electric. Work Week is always a special blend of intense preparation and pure fun. This is the time where we lean into our bonds, polish our purpose, and prepare our hearts to welcome the next generation of Tri Deltas home.

None of this seamless preparation would be possible without the unwavering dedication of our outstanding leadership. A massive thank you goes out to our Officers, Directors, Executive Board, and Recruitment team, who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes for months. These past two weeks especially have demanded early mornings, late nights, and endless attention to detail. Your leadership, poise, and devotion to our chapter do not go unnoticed. You are the engine that keeps Delta Iota running so smoothly!

We also extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible, involved alumnae who have stepped up to support us during this pivotal time. Taking time out of your busy personal and professional schedules to mentor us, assist with all things recruitment, and cheer us on means the absolute world to this chapter. Delta Iota has a rich, storied history on the Arkansas campus, and our strong alumni base serves as a constant reminder that Tri Delta isn't just for four years- it’s for a lifetime.

As Recruitment Week fast approaches, we are standing on the brink of an amazing new chapter. Every song sang, every banner painted, and every hour spent together in preparation brings us closer to Bid Day. We are so ready to share the warmth, sisterhood, and spirit of Tri Delta with all the prospective new members walking through our doors.

Here’s to hard work, endless laughter, and the lifelong bonds that tie us together. Let’s make this recruitment season the best one yet. Woo Pig and DLAM!
