Happy Tri Delta Tuesday! Today we wanted to highlight another distinguished Delta, one who has recently been recognized by Tri Delta Executive Office as one of the 2026 Women of Achievement. Dina Powell McCormick was initiated into the Theta Zeta Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Texas. She graduated from UT Austin in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities.

Today, she stands as the President and Vice Chairman of Meta, the technology company that owns and operates several social media platforms. She has had many leadership roles to get her to this point. Not only was she the Vice Chair, President, and Head of Global Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners, a private banking company, but she also spent over 16 years in various senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs.
She also played a vital role in U.S. foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East, and has received many awards and honors, including the U.S. Secretary of State's Distinguished Service Award and a spot on the Fortune's Most Powerful Women in Business list. In 2017, she served as Deputy National Security Advisor working alongside the President coordinating high-level foreign and domestic policies!
Dina has obviously worked hard to make it to where she is today. She has worn many hats over the course of her career, and it is truly inspiring to see someone work so hard for their goals.
It is always so fun to learn about our sisters across the nation and support them from afar!
