DELTA HOUSE OF PANCAKES

This past Wednesday, we hosted another one of our annual philanthropy events, DHOP, or Delta House of Pancakes. We always enjoy getting to host such a meaningful event. This year, we had many different activities set up to encourage people to donate more money to St. Jude. We had a pancake eating competition between the different fraternities on campus, we had a PIE a PRES station where donors could give $5 to pie their favorite president in the face, and even a drive-thru for people to get their pancakes and beat the line! This was one of our favorite DHOPs so far!

St. Jude

We had a very special visitor at this year's DHOP! Gigi was 5 years old when she was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer. She underwent intensive surgery then was transferred to St. Jude. This past July, Gigi was cleared from St. Jude and was told there was no evidence of the disease. It is also so special for current Tri Delts to go to Tri Delta Place at St. Jude to meet all of the patients. We were honored to have Gigi come to DHOP and meet so many Tri Delts that love St. Jude just as much as she does!
