The Delta Iota chapter house of Tri Delta at the University of Arkansas stands as a proud symbol of sisterhood, tradition, and community life. Originally completed in 1932 at 920 West Maple Street in Fayetteville, the house has been the home to generations of Arkansas Tri Delta women, providing a welcoming space for living, learning, and leading since the chapter was founded in 1913. Below is a picture of what our house used to look like. And yes, that is GREEN brick!

In recent years, the chapter undertook a major renovation and expansion to modernize the facility, accommodate its growing membership, and preserve its legacy for the future. This transformation included updated living spaces, expanded common areas, and infrastructure improvements to ensure the house continues to be a comfortable and competitive home for sisters. The renovation reflects the chapter’s commitment to fostering connection, academic success, and lifelong friendship under one roof. It's so special that we got to conserve our favorite window in the whole house. The front section of the house stayed the exact same, which is super special for current members, but also all of our alumni that got to see the green house!
Notice the window on the right in this picture is the same window in the picture above!

We have 98 girls live in-house each year and to them, it's more than just a building, the Delta Iota house is where lifelong memories are made—late-night study sessions, shared meals, chapter meetings, philanthropy planning, and countless moments of sisterhood that define the Tri Delta experience at the University of Arkansas.
