In today's Pansy Post, we are going to highlight some of our sisters who are involved in different on-campus clubs, groups, and organizations. If you are interested in being more involved with campus events, reach out to us! We might just know someone who can help you out!
Diamond Dolls
The Arkansas Diamond Dolls assist the Razorback Baseball program and Marketing Department with game days and other baseball operational tasks. Responsibilities for a Diamond Doll include bat and foul ball retrieval during games, handing out and selling programs, fan engagement from the dugout, and ensuring that fans are having the best possible experience at the best ballpark in college baseball. They also have duties around campus, spreading Razorback spirit throughout the university and volunteer around the community. Our very own Kennedy Smith (PC 22) has worked with the Diamond Dolls since her freshman year and has been Diamond Dolls Captain these past two years. There are currently ten Tri Deltas that are a part of the Diamond Dolls and four Tri Deltas who are RBI Girls. Kennedy says "It is truly so sweet to share so many moments with my sisters during baseball season" (arguably the best season)!

Arkansas Pom Squad
The Arkansas Pom Squad (aka The Razorback Dance Team) is a high-energy group of 28 student-athletes who serve as a cornerstone of the University of Arkansas spirit program.
They aren't just there for the sidelines; they are a competitive dance team that performs a mix of jazz, hip-hop, and technical pom routines. Last month, they placed 8th in the Nation for D1A Gameday and D1A Jazz semifinalist! We are so unbelievably proud of our sisters! Avery Watson (PC 25) is a freshmen and first year member of the Razorback Dance Team. She loves that she gets to have a "front row seat to the magic of the University of Arkansas" while she's cheering.

Associated Student Government
ASG is the official student-led governing body that represents the entire student population. Think of it as the bridge between the students and the university administration—their job is to make sure your voice is heard when the university makes big decisions. Operating with a three-branch structure—Executive, Legislative, and Judicial—ASG manages a significant budget to fund over 300 student organizations and spearheads campus-wide initiatives like the Safe Ride program and the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry (named in honor of Delta Iota alumnae Jane Gearhart in recognition of her work in funding the pantry). Ava McGuire (PC 24) works with ASG in many different ways. "I wouldn't have ASG without Tri Delta - I first learned about FLF (Freshman Leadership Forum) through older Tri Deltas" Ava said, "The most defining moments of college for me have been the ones where I get to actively serve the student body." There are so many different opportunities within ASG, which means there is something for everyone!

Campus Ambassadors
The University Student Ambassadors serve as the official student face of the University of Arkansas, bridging the gap between the university and prospective students. Primarily based out of the Silas Hunt Hall Office of Admissions, these 165+ undergraduate volunteers lead daily campus tours, answer live Q&A panels, and share personal success stories to help families envision life "on the Hill." Beyond walking tours, they play a critical role in major recruitment events like Hog Days, manage social media takeovers to showcase the student experience, and assist with community outreach. For many prospective Razorbacks, an Ambassador is their first personal connection to the university, making the role essential for maintaining the campus’s welcoming and high-energy culture. Emma Welch (PC 24) says she loves being a student ambassador because "it's a great way to give back to the school [she] loves." It is so encouraging to see our sisters love more than just Tri Delta. They love this campus and want to find a way to pour this heart into it!

Hayley Reagor (PC 22) does it all. If she is not giving tours as a student ambassador, she is completing her Diamond Doll duties. If she is not being a member of the Razorback Foundation's collegiate board, she is prioritizing her job as Delta Iota's outgoing Director of Lifetime Membership. She wears many hats and she does it all with grace. She describes how she balances her social life, academic life, and potential career opportunities as something she wouldn't trade for the world because of the "fun friendships and connections" all of these things have brought her.

We are always encouraged by our sisters and getting to see them be involved with other campus organizations is so much fun. It's so admirable to see just how they manage their time and share the delta love! If you see something that you would want more information about, reach out! We would love to connect you with a delta who is currently in that specific organization on campus.
